BusOnlineTicket.com x BonusLink Earn Points Programme
Terms and Conditions
1. The ‘BusOnlineTicket.com x BonusLink Earn Points Programme’ (“Programme”) will commence from 12:00 a.m. on Sunday, 1 November 2026 and shall continue until terminated by the Organiser (“Programme Period”). The launching special earning rate for a New Member’s First Booking, as described in Clauses 9 and 10, applies to First Bookings made from 12:00 a.m. on Sunday, 1 November 2026 to 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, 31 December 2026, both dates and times inclusive (“Launching Special Period”).
2. This Programme is organised by BonusKad Loyalty Sdn. Bhd. (Company no. 199701022703 (438200-T)) (“BonusLink”) in collaboration with BusOnlineTicket.com legal entity name BusOnlineTicket Sdn. Bhd. (Company no. 201201017881 (1003394-H)) (“BusOnlineTicket.com” or “BOT”), collectively referred to as the “Organisers”.
3. The Programme is open to all individuals who (i) are registered BonusLink members with an active BonusLink account; (ii) hold a BusOnlineTicket.com member account registered with a Malaysian mobile phone number; (iii) are residing in Malaysia; and (iv) are above eighteen (18) years of age (“Eligible Members”). BusOnlineTicket.com members registered with a non-Malaysian mobile phone number are not eligible to connect a BonusLink account or to earn BonusLink Points under this Programme.
4. This Programme is strictly intended for personal consumption. The use of personal BonusLink accounts for business, corporate, agent, reseller or other commercial bookings is strictly prohibited.
5. The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any person who they know is, or they have reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for this Programme as a result of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
6. This Programme is applicable to bookings made through the BusOnlineTicket.com website (www.busonlineticket.com) and the BusOnlineTicket.com mobile application (collectively, the “BOT Platform”).
7. To participate in this Programme, Eligible Members must fulfil all the following requirements (collectively known as the “Pre-requisites”) throughout the Programme Period:
(a) Register or log in to a BusOnlineTicket.com member account, go to My Account, select Connect to BonusLink, and successfully log in to an existing BonusLink account or register a new BonusLink account via the BonusLink mobile application (“BLINK App”), website or the connection flow on the BOT Platform (“Account Connection”);
(b) Be logged in to the connected BusOnlineTicket.com member account at the time of booking; and
(c) Complete a successful booking and payment in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) for an eligible bus, train or ferry ticket on the BOT Platform (“Qualifying Booking”).
8. BonusLink Points will only be issued for Qualifying Bookings made after the Account Connection has been successfully completed. BonusLink Points will not be issued retrospectively for bookings made before the Account Connection, or for bookings made while the Eligible Member is not logged in.
9. During the Programme Period, Eligible Members will earn BonusLink loyalty points (“BonusLink Points”) on the amount spent on each Qualifying Booking, as follows:

9.1 After a New Member’s First Booking, all of that member’s subsequent Qualifying Bookings earn BonusLink Points at the Existing Member rate.
10. For the purposes of Clause 9:
(a) “New Member” refers to a member who registered a BusOnlineTicket.com member account on or after 1 November 2026; and
(b) “Existing Member” refers to a member who registered a BusOnlineTicket.com member account before 1 November 2026.
11. BonusLink Points are calculated based on the final amount paid by the Eligible Member for the Qualifying First Booking multiplied by the applicable earning rate, and rounded down to the nearest whole number (e.g. a RM11.90 booking at 4 BonusLink Points per RM1 earns 47 BonusLink Points).
12. Bookings made in Singapore Dollar (S$), Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) or any other currency are not eligible to earn BonusLink Points.
13. BonusLink Points may be earned in addition to other applicable BusOnlineTicket.com promotions, unless otherwise stated.
14. Eligible BonusLink Points will be credited to the Eligible Member’s BonusLink account upon successful payment and confirmation of the Qualifying Booking. Eligible Members may view their BonusLink Points balance under Points History on the BLINK App. Eligible Members must remain active BonusLink members at the time of BonusLink Points issuance in order to receive the BonusLink Points.
15. Where a Qualifying Booking is cancelled, refunded (in full or in part), charged back, disputed, found to be fraudulent or otherwise determined to be ineligible, the BonusLink Points issued for such booking will be reversed and deducted from the Eligible Member’s BonusLink account. This process will take up to 3 working days.
16. Redemption of BonusLink Points on the BOT Platform is not available at the commencement of this Programme. The Organisers will announce the redemption mechanics, rates and terms when made available. BonusLink Points earned under this Programme may be redeemed via the BonusLink platform in accordance with the BonusLink Terms and Conditions.
17. BonusLink Points earned under this Programme are subject to the BonusLink Terms and Conditions available at www.bonuslink.com.my, including those relating to the validity and expiry of BonusLink Points.
18. By participating in this Programme, each Eligible Member expressly agrees and consents to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the decisions of the Organisers concerning this Programme.
19. By completing the Account Connection and participating in this Programme, each Eligible Member is deemed to have read, accepted, and consented to BonusLink’s Privacy Policy accessible at www.bonuslink.com.my (“Privacy Policy”) and agreed to be bound by the Privacy Policy. Each Eligible Member consents to BusOnlineTicket.com and BonusLink sharing the personal data and booking transaction data necessary for the Account Connection, the calculation and issuance of BonusLink Points, and the administration of this Programme. Any personal data used by BonusLink (and any third party authorised by BonusLink) will be processed in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the Privacy Policy. Where an Eligible Member disagrees with the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions, the Eligible Member shall notify BonusLink of such disagreement and will be deemed to have opted out of the Programme and shall no longer be eligible to receive any BonusLink Points, benefits, or privileges under this Programme. For BusOnlineTicket.com, any personal data provided pursuant to this Programme shall be processed in accordance with BusOnlineTicket.com’s Privacy Policy available at www.busonlineticket.com/privacy-policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
RIGHTS OF BUSONLINETICKET.COM AND BONUSLINK
20. All of the Organisers’ decisions on all matters including but not limited to the eligibility of the Programme participants, Programme mechanics and/or BonusLink Points issuance for this Programme, or in the event of any dispute, shall be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals shall be entertained.
21. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Programme, or to amend the earning rates and redemption rates, with or without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, suspension or amendment by the Organisers of this Programme shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against the Organisers for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred by any party as a direct or indirect result of such act.
22. In no event will the Organisers be liable for any loss or damages including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive and/or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with this Programme, even if the Organisers have been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.
23. For the avoidance of doubt, BusOnlineTicket.com remains solely responsible for the bus, train and ferry bookings, ticketing, travel schedules, operator services, cancellations and refunds of bookings made on the BOT Platform. BonusLink shall not be responsible or liable for any matters relating to the bookings or the travel services provided by the respective operators.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
24. By participating in this Programme, Eligible Members are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Programme as stated herein and any additional Terms and Conditions stipulated by the Organisers from time to time (as may be applicable), including all decisions of the Organisers in all matters without limitation or qualification related thereto.
25. The Organisers shall not be responsible for, nor have any control whatsoever over, any system downtime, network failure and/or interruptions on the part of the respective telecommunications or internet service providers, payment gateways or third-party systems for any reason(s) whatsoever resulting in the delay or failure of the Account Connection or the issuance of BonusLink Points during the Programme Period.
26. The Organisers reserve the absolute right, at any time, to review, investigate and verify the validity of any Qualifying Bookings, BonusLink Points issued and/or the eligibility of Eligible Members at any point in time.
27. BonusLink Points have no cash or monetary value and are not redeemable for cash in any form, and are non-assignable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash in part or in full, non-returnable and/or non-refundable, save as provided in the BonusLink Terms and Conditions.
28. This Programme strictly does not apply to EU residents.
29. In the event that:
(a) The Organisers determine that any booking or transaction may be suspicious, illegal, involves any criminal activities or involves BonusLink Points that have been obtained through dishonesty or fraudulent means;
(b) The Organisers determine that an Eligible Member has abused any of the Programme benefits and/or privileges (including but not limited to making repeated bookings and cancellations, or splitting bookings, for the purpose of earning BonusLink Points), has failed to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions, or has made any misrepresentation to the Organisers; and/or
(c) BonusLink Points have been issued to an Eligible Member in error,
the Organisers may at their sole discretion, without any prior notice, disqualify any Eligible Member, disconnect the Account Connection, reverse and/or forfeit the BonusLink Points, suspend the relevant BonusLink account, or take any other actions as the Organisers deem fit.
30. The Organisers, to the fullest extent permitted by law, exclude all warranties, rights and remedies (including warranties implied by statute or otherwise) that Eligible Members would otherwise be entitled to by law.
31. The Organisers reserve the right at their absolute discretion to jointly amend, delete, or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
32. Eligible Members are responsible for and shall comply with all these Terms and Conditions, and Eligible Members shall not, as part of the participation in this Programme, breach any of these terms.
33. All Eligible Members shall comply with all applicable laws when participating in this Programme.
34. These Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials or advertisements in relation to this Programme.
35. In the event where there is any inconsistency(ies), conflict(s), ambiguity(ies) or discrepancy(ies) between the English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
36. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
