How and where can I redeem these premium items?
You can redeem using your BonusLink Points through two methods:
Via BLINK App / BonusLink Website: Redeem the item to be delivered directly to your registered address.
On-The-Spot Redemption: Redeem instantly at participating Shell retail stations across Malaysia.
Is there a limit on how many items I can redeem?
Each redemption transaction is valid for one (1) unit.
While there is no limit to the overall total number of redemptions or purchases, each Member can redeem a maximum of three (3) units per day.
How long does delivery take, and are there extra shipping charges?
Delivery Timeframe: Items redeemed via the BLINK App or BonusLink website will be delivered to your registered address within fourteen (14) working days from the date of redemption or purchase.
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are inclusive and fully covered as part of your redemption or purchase there are no extra shipping fees.
