1. Campaign Mechanics
1. The 10 Points Lucky Draw Entry Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by BonusKad Loyalty Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 199701022703 (438200-T)) (“BonusLink”).
2. The Campaign will run from 15 Sept to 31 Oct 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”). (Subject to change at the sole discretion of BonusLink.)
3. This Campaign is open to all BonusLink members (“Members”) who: ○ Reside in Malaysia; and ○ Are 18 years of age or above.
4. To participate, Members must redeem 10 BonusLink Points for one (1) entry (“Entry”).
5. Each redemption of 10 points entitles the Member to one (1) Entry. ○ Multiple Entries are allowed. ○ The more Entries submitted, the higher the chances of winning. Upon successful redemption for 10 Points, Members will automatically be entered into a contest (“Contest”). The prize details are as follows:

2.Contest Details
6. Eligible Members will automatically be entered into a contest (“Contest”) upon completing the required point redemption.
7. Winners will be selected through a randomised computerised selection process, with each member limited to winning one (1) prize only
8. Shortlisted winners will be contacted by BonusLink via: Telephone call and/or WhatsApp
9. Shortlisted winners are required to: ○ Answer a few questions correctly for verification purposes; ○ Fulfill any requirements set by BonusLink to confirm eligibility.
10. Failure to:
● Respond to contact attempts; or
● Answer verification questions correctly will result in disqualification, and a replacement winner will be selected.
11. BonusLink will attempt to contact shortlisted winners a maximum of three (3) times. If unsuccessful, BonusLink reserves the right to select another winner
12.Prize details (including number of winners and prize allocation) will be announced separately and are subject to final confirmation by BonusLink.
13.Winners will be announced within 6 to 8 weeks after the Campaign ends.
14. All costs and expenses incurred by winners (if any), including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
15.Employees of BonusLink, its affiliates, agencies, sponsors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win.
3. General Terms & Conditions
1. By participating in this Campaign, Members are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms imposed by BonusLink.
2. BonusLink’s decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign, including eligibility and winner selection, are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
3. BonusLink reserves the right to: ○ Verify the validity of Entries and participant eligibility; ○ Disqualify any suspicious, fraudulent, or invalid participation. 4. BonusLink reserves the right to amend, vary, delete, or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

6. Personal data: ○ Will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010; ○ May be used for Campaign administration and publicity purposes (including names, images, and contact details).
7. Members who do not consent to the processing of their personal data must notify BonusLink and will be deemed ineligible for participation.
8. BonusLink reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Campaign at any time without prior notice or liability.
9. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional materials, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
10. BonusLink shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from participation in this Campaign.
11. Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Campaign.
12.These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
