Please be informed that account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.
- All accumulated BonusLink Points will be permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated or refunded.
- Any active vouchers or rewards will no longer be available once the account is closed.
- Any Shell campaign tier status or progress will be permanently removed.
- If you rejoin in the future, you will need to register as a new member. Previous points, vouchers, rewards, and activity history cannot be recovered.
