When your BonusLink account is closed at your request any unused Points in your account will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered, refunded, or transferred
1. Membership deactivation
Your BonusLink membership will be permanently deactivated and cannot be reactivated or restored.
2. Points forfeiture
All remaining Points in your account will be immediately invalid and will no longer be available for use.
3. Loss of benefits
All rewards, tier status, and membership benefits linked to your account will cease once the account is closed.

To keep you fully informed, here is how account closure and termination are governed under our official policy:
1. Termination by the Member (Clause 19.2)
A Member may terminate their BonusLink Membership at any time by providing notice to BonusLink (BLSB). Once the termination request is received and the account is closed, the Member’s entitlement to BonusLink Programme Benefits will cease.
