As a general rule, BonusLink Points and membership benefits are strictly non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any third party.
However, there are two special exceptions permitted under our official guidelines:
Methods Permitted by BonusLink: Points may be transferred if allowed by and in accordance with specific features or processes we introduce from time to time.
Deceased Members: Points may, subject to our absolute discretion, be transferred from a deceased member's account to their next of kin. To proceed with this, proper official documentation must be submitted to us for review.
📄 Policy Reference: In accordance with Clause 2.2 of the BonusLink Programme Benefits Policy (under Clause 6.1.2), all program benefits remain non-transferable outside of the official methods or exceptional circumstances outlined above.
