While you can earn rewards on most of your everyday transactions, certain items and spending categories do not qualify for points. As a general rule, BonusLink Points will not be awarded for the following transaction types:
Cancelled, Voided, or Refunded Transactions
Example (Parkson, Shopee, Uniqlo, Nike): Rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or returned purchases are not eligible for Points.
Fraudulent or Suspicious Transactions
Transactions identified as fraudulent, suspicious, or in breach of programme rules.
Transaction Types Excluded by Participating Partners
Example (Klook): Gift cards and selected product categories are not eligible for BonusLink Points.
Products or Services Excluded Under a Partner's Terms & Conditions
Example (Shell): Shell Card, Tobacco products, Touch 'n Go eWallet top-ups, and mobile prepaid top-ups.
Any Transaction Deemed Ineligible Under BonusLink Programme Rules
Any transaction that is specifically excluded under BonusLink programme rules or a participating partner's Terms & Conditions.
