TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The BonusLink Points Conversion to AirAsia Points
1. The BonusLink Points Conversion to AirAsia Points is a partnership between BonusKad Loyalty Sdn Bhd (“BonusLink”) and BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. (“BIG”) (hereinafter referred to as “Conversion Programme”). By participating in this Conversion Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and decisions of BonusLink without limitation or qualification.
2. The Conversion Programme shall be applicable to all BonusLink members who are entitled to convert their BonusLink Points to AirAsia Points (“Conversion”) and shall commence on 15 September 2026 and continue an ongoing basis unless otherwise terminated, suspended, or withdrawn in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. The rate of Conversion shall be in a denomination of 1,500 BonusLink Points to 950 AirAsia Points (“Redemption Conversion Rate”). Subject to a minimum conversion of 1,500 BonusLink Points per Conversion.
4. BonusLink reserves the right to amend the Redemption Conversion Rate at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without giving any prior notice to you.
5. You are required to have a minimum of 1,500 BonusLink Points in your BonusLink Account to convert to AirAsia Points as per the latest denomination published in BonusLink’s platform. There is no maximum limit on the number of BonusLink Points that may be converted. You may convert any amount of available BonusLink Points in your BonusLink Account, provided you meet the applicable minimum conversion requirement and have sufficient points available at the time of conversion.
6. The Conversion will take twenty-four (24) hours for the BonusLink Points to be converted to AirAsia Points. However, should a system failure or technical glitch occur, it may take up to seven (7) working days for the conversion to be processed. You are required to contact BonusLink Partner Helpdesk at partnerhelpdesk@bonuslink.com.my within three (3) days after the Conversion if the AirAsia Points have not been credited, for further assistance and investigation.
7. This Conversion Programme is available on BonusLink platform only.
8. Once the Conversion is successful, the relevant BonusLink Points will be deducted from your BonusLink Account and are non-returnable and/or non-refundable under any circumstances.
9. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and details that you submit, transmit or otherwise make available during your participation in this Conversion Programme. BonusLink shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by inaccurate submissions of the information and details by you.
10. AirAsia Points are valid for 24 months from the date of crediting of such AirAsia points into your AirAsia’s member account once the Conversion is successful.
11. Expired AirAsia Points will be considered as forfeited and are non-reinstatable.

13. BonusLink to the fullest extent permitted by law excludes all warranties, rights and remedies (including warranties implied by statute or otherwise) that you would otherwise be entitled to by law.
14. Your participation in this Conversion Programme constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 15. You must comply with all these Terms and Conditions and you shall not, as part of your participation in this Conversion Programme, breach any of these terms and conditions. 16. You shall comply with all applicable laws when participating in this Conversion Programme.
17. BonusLink reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, add to and/or alter any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, and in such manner as BonusLink deems appropriate without giving any prior notice to you. You shall be deemed to have accepted the amendments and be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions if you continue to participate in this Conversion Programme.
18. BonusLink shall not be liable for non-performance, error, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions (or any part thereof) or for any inaccuracy, unreliability or unsuitability of this Conversion Programme.
19. BonusLink’s decisions on any matter related to this Conversion Programme shall be final and conclusive. BonusLink shall not be liable for any claims by you or any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Conversion Programme.
20. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
