Your converted AirAsia Points are valid for 24 months from the exact date they are credited into your AirAsia member account.

If your AirAsia Points have not been credited after 24 hours, please contact the BonusLink Member Interaction Centre by clicking the “Submit a request” button below within 3 days from the conversion date, so our team can check and assist you.
Can I cancel or reverse my conversion?
