How can I earn a contest entry?

It's easy! Simply:

① Shop at Shell

Make an eligible CR purchase, including participating Shell Café items.

② Spend RM15 or more

Spend a minimum of RM15 in a single receipt.

③ Scan & Earn

Scan your Shell App/BLINK QR or BonusLink Card during the transaction.

🎟️ You’ll earn 1 contest entry for every RM15 spent on eligible items in a single receipt.

Can I combine purchases from different receipts to reach RM15?

No. The qualifying spend must be accumulated within a single receipt.

Is there a limit to how many entries I can earn?

Yes. Entries are capped at 3 entries per member per calendar day.

Do I need to scan my BonusLink Card or Shell App/BLINK QR?

Yes. You must scan your Shell App/BLINK QR or BonusLink Card during the eligible transaction for the purchase to be recorded for contest entry purposes.

Where can I check my contest entries?

Your eligible contest entries will be displayed on the campaign's STM microsite.

Entries can be earned and accumulated throughout the campaign period.

I made an eligible purchase but my contest entry is missing. What should I do?

Don't worry. Please first check that:

✅ The purchase was made between 1 September and 30 November 2026

✅ The purchase included eligible CR/Shell Café items

✅ The minimum qualifying spend was met in one receipt

✅ Your Shell App/BLINK QR or BonusLink Card was scanned

✅ The transaction was successfully recorded under your BonusLink account

If your entry is still not reflected on the campaign microsite, please contact BonusLink Support and provide your transaction details and receipt so that the transaction can be checked.

I spent more than RM15 but did not receive the number of entries I expected. Why?

The number of entries is subject to the campaign mechanics.

Please note that:

• Only eligible CR/Shell Café items are counted.

• The qualifying spend must be within a single receipt.

• Entries are capped at 3 per member per calendar day.
