When will my BonusLink Points be credited?
Your BonusLink Points will be credited within 90 calendar days from the end of the respective campaign month, subject to fulfilment requirements and the campaign reward availability.
Rewards are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
What should I do if I have not received my Points after the fulfilment period?
If you have met all the campaign requirements but have not received your BonusLink Points after the applicable fulfilment period, please contact the BonusLink Member Interaction Centre for assistance by clicking “Submit a request” below.

- Registered Mobile Number
- Campaign Name
