When will my BonusLink Points be credited?
If you meet all the campaign requirements, the BonusLink Points will be credited to the qualified Principal Cardholder's BonusLink account within eight (8) weeks after meeting the required spend criteria.
The latest expected crediting dates are:

What should I do if I haven't received my points?
Your card account must remain active and in good standing at the time of crediting.
If your points are not reflected after the 8-week fulfillment window, you must notify AmBank within twelve (12) weeks after the fulfillment period ends. Otherwise, the points will be deemed successfully credited.
