How is eligible spending tracked?
Spend tracking is determined based on the Posted Date (Malaysian Time) of transactions on your card statement. Overseas spending will be converted to Ringgit Malaysia (RM) based on Visa International foreign exchange rates.
What transactions are excluded from qualifying spend?
The following types of transactions do not qualify as eligible retail spend:
0% Easy Payment Plans (0% EPP), Balance Transfers (BT), QuickCash (QC), and Cash Advances.
Quasi-cash / gambling & betting transactions.
Returned, refunded, disputed, unauthorized, or fraudulent transactions.
Finance charges, interest fees, late fees, service tax, or card withdrawal fees.
E-wallet reloads, utility payments, and insurance payments (online, auto-debit, or recurring).
