How to Log In to Your BLINK App via BonusLink App/Website

You can access your BonusLink account securely using Login with OTP or your account password. For quick access, we recommend that you enable biometric login. 

1. 📲 Login Using OTP

You can sign in securely using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number via WhatsApp from BonusLink Security.

This feature helps protect your account while allowing you to access your BonusLink rewards conveniently without entering a password.

Steps to Login Using OTP

1. Open the BLINK App or BonusLink Web Portal.
2. Enter your registered mobile number.
3. Select “Login with OTP”.
4. Enter the OTP received via WhatsApp.
5. Once verified, you will be successfully logged in to your BonusLink account.

2. 🔑 Login Using Password

You can login to your account using the password set when you signed up for the BLINK App. 

ℹ️ Note: To enhance account security, the previous 6-digit PIN is no longer used for login or reward redemption. It has been replaced with a secure account password.

How to Reset Your Password (Forgot Password)

If you forgot your password, you can reset it directly through the BLINK App or BonusLink Web Portal.

Steps to Reset Your Password

1. Open the BLINK App or BonusLink Web Portal.
2. Enter your registered mobile number on the login page.
3. Select “Forgot Password”.
4. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number via WhatsApp.
5. Create and confirm your new password.

Your password will be updated once the reset process is completed.

3. 🔐 Enable Biometric Login

You can enable biometric login to access the BLINK App using your device’s fingerprint authentication.

Before you begin, make sure:

• Fingerprint authentication is set up on your device.
• You are using the latest version of the BLINK App.
• Your device supports biometric authentication.

Steps to enable biometric login:

1. Open the BLINK App.
2. Tap “Account” from the bottom menu.
3. Under Security, select “Login with Biometric”.
4. Turn on “Biometric Setup”.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to scan your fingerprint.

Once enabled, you can use biometric authentication to log in to the BLINK App without entering your password each time.
