If you are logged in to your account and would like to update your password, you can easily change it through the Security settings in the BLINK App or BonusLink Web Portal.
🔐 Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log In to Your Account
- Open the BLINK App or access the BonusLink Web Portal.
- Log in using your registered mobile number with your current password or OTP.
2. Access Security Settings
- Go to “Account”.
- Scroll down and select “Security”.
- Tap “Change Password”.
3. Verify Your Identity
- A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number via WhatsApp from BonusLink Security.
- Enter the OTP to proceed.
4. Set Your New Password
- Create your new password based on the password requirements.
- Select “Confirm” to complete the update.
🎉 Password Successfully Updated
Your BonusLink password will be updated immediately once the process is completed.
🔐 Password Requirements
For your account security, your new password must:
✅ Be at least 8 characters long
✅ Include at least 1 uppercase letter (A–Z)
✅ Include at least 1 lowercase letter (a–z)
✅ Include at least 1 number (0–9)
✅ Include at least 1 special character (e.g. !, @, #, $, %)
