You can easily update your Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number directly through the BLINK App or the BonusLink Web Portal.
📲 Step-by-Step Guide
Log In to Your Account
Open the BLINK App or visit the BonusLink Web Portal.
Log in using your registered mobile number with your password or OTP.
Access Account Settings
On the BLINK App: Tap “Account” located on the bottom navigation menu.
On the Web Portal: Click your Profile icon and choose “My Account” located at the top-right corner of the page.
Edit Your Profile Details
Select “Profile” to view your account details.
Click the Pencil (✏️) icon next to the field you wish to update (Name, Email Address, or Mobile Number).
Enter your updated information and save your changes.
💡 Important: Verify Your Email Address First
Before updating your mobile number, please ensure your registered email address is:
- Active
- Correct
- Verified
For security purposes, your email address must be verified before the system allows you to change your mobile number.
