No. Once your E-Voucher redemption has been successfully confirmed, all redemptions are final.
The following conditions apply:
🚫 No Cancellation or Changes: Once confirmed, your E-Voucher redemption cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified.
🪙 Immediate Points Deduction: Your BonusLink Points will be deducted from your account immediately upon successful redemption.
💳 No Points Refund: Redeemed BonusLink Points cannot be refunded or credited back to your account.
🔄 No Exchanges: E-Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, alternative items, other vouchers, or different gifts, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the participating merchant or BonusLink.
👥 Non-Transferable: E-Vouchers are strictly non-transferable. As they are securely delivered directly to your personal BLINK App profile, they can only be accessed and used by the registered BonusLink Member.
