You can redeem items from the BonusLink Gift Catalogue if you meet the following requirements:
- You have an active BonusLink account.
- You have a valid Malaysian mobile number registered in your BonusLink profile.
💡 Important: Your mobile number is used for account verification and to receive OTPs (One-Time Passwords) required to secure redemptions.
Before you redeem
As Catalogue Gifts are redeemed online, you must be registered and logged in to the relevant redemption channel:
BLINK App or BonusLink Website: Log in to your BonusLink account with your profile and mobile number fully set up.
PrestoMall App: Log in and ensure your BonusLink card is successfully linked. Because Presto powers our extended rewards catalogue, you must be fully registered and logged in to the Presto platform before you can complete your redemption using your linked BonusLink points.
To ensure a smooth redemption experience, please make sure your account is active, your mobile number is up to date, and you are logged in to the appropriate redemption channel before submitting your redemption request.
