How many Points do I earn, and how is it calculated?
You can earn up to 0.56 BonusLink Points for every RM1 spent. Points are calculated strictly on the net purchase amount, which excludes shipping fees, handling charges, and merchant discounts.
Are any items or products excluded from earning Points?
Yes. Certain categories or promotional items may be excluded depending on Shopee's store-specific policies. Individual brand exclusions are listed under each respective brand page's Terms & Conditions.
When will the BonusLink Points be credited into my account?
Points will be credited within 30 to 60 days after a successful, completed transaction. This window allows the merchant to verify that the order was not canceled, returned, or refunded.
What should I do if my Points are missing after 60 days?
If your transaction was successful and has passed the 60-day window but your Points are still missing, please reach out to BonusLink Member Interactions team with your transaction details.
