Yes, Gift Cards have a validity period and must be redeemed before their expiry date. The expiry date can usually be found on the physical card, digital voucher, or accompanying promotional materials provided when you received the Gift Card.
If you received your Gift Card through one of our partners, you may also contact the partner directly for assistance in confirming its validity period. We encourage you to redeem your Gift Card as soon as possible to avoid missing out on the Points.
Please note that once a Gift Card has expired, the redemption code will no longer be valid and cannot be extended, refunded, renewed, returned or reactivated.
After redemption, do the points that have entered my account expire?
Yes, the points expire 3 years after they have entered your account.
