To maintain your membership tier, ‘Member’ is required to maintain points collection of the tier (i.e. Silver - 101 Standard Points in order to stay as Silver for the next cycle).
Tier resetting only takes place every 2 months and on the first day of each new cycle.
How does downgrading work with this Programme?
All tier members are given 2 months to achieve the threshold of each level. Each cycle reset takes place every 2 months. If you fail to collect the required Standard points to maintain the respective tier in this cycle, you will be automatically downgraded to one tier lower on the first day of the next cycle.
Will I be able to apply for an extension if I am not able to achieve the Standard points threshold of each level to prevent from downgrading?
No, the terms and conditions of the program are fixed, and no extension will be allowed.
