What happens if my identity verification fails during setup?
You can try up to three (3) times in the app. If it fails a third time, your binding will be temporarily locked for safety, and you must contact TNG Digital Customer Support directly at +603 5022 3888.
Can I bind multiple TNG eWallet accounts to one Shell App account?
No. To prevent fraud and protect your subsidy quota, a Shell App account can only be bound to one (1) unique TNG eWallet account. Furthermore, the connection will only be successful if both your Shell App profile and your TNG eWallet profile are registered under the exact same mobile phone number.
