Once you decide to continue to book and you land on the Traveller's Details page, enter the traveler’s real name as per their ID under "Lead Traveller" (as seen in the screenshot below)—this is important for hotel check-in.
Make sure the traveler brings their ID and your booking confirmation to the hotel.
