Planning your next trip is easier than you think! You can get started anytime via the Travel section in the BonusLink mobile app or on the BonusLink website.
Step 1: Tell Us Where You’re Going
Enter your destination and travel dates to begin your journey.
Step 2: Discover Your Stay Options & Find the Perfect Match
A list of available hotels will appear for your selected dates and destination. Choose a hotel that fits your plans accordingly. Example:
Step 3: Refine Your Search & Explore Your Options
Need to tweak your plans? You can easily update your travel dates by clicking "MODIFY".
For a more personalised search, explore the filters on the left to sort by budget, star rating, hotel brands, nearby attractions, or the kind of experience you’re after.
Step 4: Review Your Options & Make Your Selection
Once you've selected the hotel and clicked on "View Deal", you’ll be taken to the hotel profile page where you'll be able to view all the main details such as Room Type, Reviews and T&Cs.
Next, select your stay that best suits you - pick your preferred board type, rate type, and any other options available. You'll be able to see a snapshot of your selection under "Your Package Summary".
When you’re happy with your selection, click "Continue to Book" and move one step closer to your stay!
You may see a message if the price has been updated while you were browsing. Don’t worry, it’s just to keep things transparent.
- Click “Yes” if you’re happy to go ahead with the updated price
- Or click “No” if you’d like to explore and find a better deal
Step 5: Confirm Your Details
Your BonusLink account details will appear automatically - just ensure your name, email, and phone are correct, skip any “/” symbols in your name.
Below, you’ll need to enter some basic information: title, first name, last name, and date of birth for Lead Traveller and all other travellers. To make it easier, you can simply click “Same as Booker” at the top right for the Lead Traveller, and your first and last name will be filled automatically, leaving you just to select the date of birth.
Step 6: Secure Payment online
Almost there! Select your preferred payment method by choosing Online Payment, then click “Continue to Payment” to head to the next step and key in your card details.
Now it’s payment time! You can pay with Points only, Cash only, or a mix of both.
If you’re using Points + Cash, applying your points will show you how much value they bring, and the side summary breaks down your subtotal, points used, and total amount due. Just enter your card details, double-check, and click “Pay” to finalise your booking.
You may choose the best option that works for you, enter your card details, and click Pay to complete your booking.
You’re all set! Booking complete and your trip is officially locked in👏
