If you are able to log in to your BonusLink account using your current mobile number, you can change your mobile number through the BLINK App or BonusLink Web Portal by following the steps below.

Before Changing Your Mobile Number: Check Your Email Verification Status

For security purposes, your email address must be verified before you can change your mobile number.

If your email status shows “Verified”

You may proceed directly to change your mobile number.

If your email is not verified:

1. Go to Personal Info and update your email address.
2. Check your email inbox.
3. Click the BonusLink verification link.
4. Once verified, your email status will be updated to “Verified”.
5. The page will refresh automatically and return to the Personal Info page.

1. Access Personal Info

1. Go to “Account”.
2. Select “Personal Info”.
3. Tap the Edit (✏️) icon next to your mobile number.

2. Verify Your Request

1. Enter the OTP sent to your verified email address.
2. Enter your new mobile number and select “Next”.
3. Enter the OTP sent via WhatsApp to your new mobile number.
